Who will walk my dog?

We are a small dedicated team of like-minded animal lovers that have more than 15 years of combined pet care experience. And, like you, we are pet parents. Before any service starts, you will have the opportunity to meet and interview, at least two pet sitters. And, then, you’ll decide who will walk your dog and or care for your pet.

Can I be guaranteed that the same person will walk my dog every day?

Every day? We’d love to say yes, but we can’t guarantee it. Like you, sometimes we get sick, have an emergency or want to take a vacation. However, the vast majority of the time you will have the same sitter. And, when something prevents your regular sitter from coming, you will be notified immediately. The most important thing you need to know is that we will always be there for you and your pet. Each client has a back-up sitter, remember the other sitter you interviewed? He or she will be there in an emergency.

Do I need to book a dog walker every day or commit to the same schedule?

Nope! We are just as flexible as your lifestyle and schedule. We work around your schedule not the other way around.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel a dog walk the SAME day up until 9 AM. A cat visit 24 hours prior to your first scheduled visit and private home dog boarding 72 hours.

Do you offer occasional dog walks and pet visits at night, weekends and holidays?

Yes. We are available 24/7. However, it’s strongly advised that for holidays and peak times that you reserve in advance, in order to get your preferred sitter.

Why don't you have your prices on your web site?

Look a little closer, we do. Well, not all of them but we do give you a starting price point. To keep our prices fair and competitive we like to speak with each client personally to discuss individual needs. From there we try to get you the best price for the services you require.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, Master Card or Visa. Credits cards are preferred.
