There were numerous times where something happened like when she got home and saw our dog was sick and she was simply amazing and treated our pups like her own!

We have been using Metro Tails for quite a few months now and are very happy with the service, they take such good care of our little Frenchie! We use them for daily afternoon walks while we are at work, and I know I can trust that our pup will get a good walk in the middle of the day. After each walk we receive a text and sometimes a photo. I highly recommend Deborah and her team. Deborah has been taking care of my cat Isis since she was about a year old. Isis doesn’t tend to like people as she came from a bad breeder, but she truly loves Deborah. Prior to finding Deborah and her team, I had used another cat sitting service that was unreliable and didn’t make me feel secure about having someone in my home or that they were really looking after my pet’s needs. Deborah goes above and beyond to not just play fetch, give Isis hugs and ensure my home is secure, but also to give me updates and send pictures / videos so I can see Isis and know she is content when I need to be away from her.

(2) Then they go beyond: If they find out you’re sick, or may be traveling, they’ll volunteer to help out in imaginative ways. I have been using Metro Tails for four years and have nothing but positive things to say. Corey has been incredible the whole time, he is so caring and always willing to go above and beyond for Bain (my furry baby). Bain is a rescue and isn’t always the best on the leash, Corey has been helpful and patient while we have tried out multiple methods to make him a better walker. I believe that with the walks that Bain gets daily from Corey he has become such a better controlled dog on a leash, which makes me grateful to have Corey in Bain’s life. Bain and I are so lucky, thank you Metro Tails!

Deborah and her team take outstanding care of our little guy Lucky. Even though he can be a “little terrorist” sometimes, they love him with all their heart. He gets walks, drives and exercises from them all of which we can’t provide during the day so we are very thankful for their services. Deborah is always able to accommodate additional walking times, changes in the regular schedule and has back-ups in place. I have 2 high maintenance cats and was struggling with what to do with them while out of town. I looked into a local boarding facility but when I entered it, all I could hear were dogs barking. Even though the cats were in a separate area, I knew the environment would be traumatic for them. I found Deborah and was a little apprehensive at first about a stranger coming and spending time in my home and trusting her with my pets. She quickly built credibility, talking to me about other clients within my very own building, offering meetings with them, and assuring me she was obsessed with my pets as much as her own and couldn’t wait to spend time taking care of them. She checked in regularly and when I returned the cats acted like nothing strange had even happened. Great service and will use her again!

When we moved from NYC, our 10 year-old Yorkie had trouble adjusting, so we began working with Deborah and her team at Metro Tails. Not only were they reliable, but they went above and beyond to ensure our little guy was happy, even going so far as to help us re-train him to address behavioral issues. He is almost like a new dog now, so happy and much more calm. To know that he’s in such experienced, capable hands definitely eases our minds. I’d recommend them to anyone seeking a team of professional and trustworthy experts to give you and your pets a better quality of life. We have used them once so far when we moved to Hoboken and intend to continue using them when required. Their service is very prompt and they try their best to accommodate your cat’s eating schedule. They are also expert cat psychologists, so rest is assured your cat is in good hands when you are away, no matter how unique your cat is. Ashley was our cat sitter and she was very loving and patient to understand our needs for taking care of our cat. I am so thankful to have found Deborah and her team after having brought home little miss ladybird from the shelter!
We rescued ladybird on a Saturday and I immediately started reaching out that night for services to take care of our newest family member for Monday. First off I was so nervous, as ladybird had little to no back story other than she’s either been used as a breading dog and was found on the streets. First thing Sunday morning I received a call from Deborah, Ashley our walker came over that night for a meet and great and it was love at first sight! Ladybird immediately took to her, as she had a very difficult time on the leash, almost pulled my arms out of my socket difficult. Ladybird knew no commands, let alone her name. Today, I can say ladybird is a delight to on walks with now (I still have both arms) and she knows a solid handful of commands! By the way ladybird is 3… nothing like trying to teach an old dog new tricks, but we did!

Metro tails is by far the best pet service I know of. Bottom line, you can trust them. They are 100% reliable. I never had to worry about my dog with Metro Tails. Whether she was walked, fed or staying with a sitter when we were out of town, my dog was treated with the utmost care, love and attention. I came home to a happy and fulfilled dog every day. Also, my husband and I had difficult work hours which meant a lot of last minute scheduling. We were always accommodated which was a tremendous help.
When my aging dog got sick, Deborah and her team were incredibly supportive and understanding to the very end. I don’t know what we would have done without them. They played a significant role in our dog’s wellbeing during her life and we could not be more grateful. And our dog loved all of them!
